Hey Darrell,

I'll take it, if it's still there. I guess I'd need a shipping quote to 73130. If Paypal is okay, I can do that, or if you'd prefer payment some other way, let me know. Thanks, bt

Hey Marc,

I'd be interested in that P-90/Filtertron pickup. I like my F'trons, but would love to hear a P-90 in the Gretsch (or even a Tele). Is this one intended as a bridge or neck P/U? (if it matters). Paypal okay?

Thanks, bruce t

P/U carrier?

I'm looking for a P/U carrier for an older Sierra S-10. Also, possibly a leg-lock mechanism. One of mine is broken.

If you're the dealer for these, let me know.

Have you sold this steel, or are you still parting it?

I might be interested in pickups, rods, spare parts.

Sierra 10 string P/U

If anyone has Sierra sled 10 string P/U's for a reasonable price, I might be interested. Or empty sled, I have a Wallace TT that might work.

Sho-Bud pull rod

I'm looking for an old school Sho-Bud pull rod, with the hex end, 22" or more long. Just want to swap out a couple of changes, and need one of these rods. Or, I could trade, I have one about 20.5" long.

Williams S-12U

For Sale, a Williams 400 series S-12U, green lacquer, eight floors and six knees. Aluminum neck, keyless, stock Williams pickup (I believe these are wound to 18K). Guitar is in very good condition, a couple of bar dings, but pretty much invisible ones. Exceptional figured maple. Doesn't have a lot o...

There is a toggle switch, but best I can tell it just takes the Volume and Tone controls out of the circuit.

There are only two contacts for the pickup, so it doesn't seem to have a coil tap (or at least I don't really see how it could).

Thanks, bt

Sierraphiles?

I picked up a 1981 Sierra S-10, 3&4 over the holidays, best I can tell from searches here it's a Royalty model? The original owner purchased it at the factory new, and never learned to play -- it's like a time capsule. It still has the black bell cranks, and tone/volume controls by the jack. Ser...

No kidding on the Broadcaster. $50 thou? Kinda startled me to see that pop up, and the reason I followed up on the ad. But, whatever they charge for it is likely to be way out of my league. If it were in OK, I'd go look at it, but AZ is a long drive.

Leon McAuliffe instruments, Craigslist?

Hey guys, Just curious. On OKC Craigslist, an ad popped up for a couple of four-neck steels, a 1950 Fender Broadcaster, '57 P-bass, Guild X-175, etc, and a plaque for the Steel Guitar Hall of Fame. I contacted the seller, who told me the instruments were located in Arizona. Unsettling is that his na...

A Williams keyless is right up there in terms of light weight. I think a Williams S-10 keyless is about 28# without case. MSA SS series are pretty light, some of the later Sho-Buds are not bad. You should probably decide if you need a D-10 or could get by with a single neck. The airlines aren't real...

What trades are you looking for?

I have a gorgeous Williams U-12 keyless, 400 series, in transparent green, with lots of figuring? Are you looking for a D-10 or a S-12U? Myself, I'd like to get back to an S-10 with wider string spacing and wood necks, so this one is interesting. Let me know if you're interested. Cheers,bt
