There are other treatments for this disease other than surgery. One of the most popular for the contracture is called Xiaflex. They have been doing this for the last four years. Those are Tonealigners. I' m thinking these are ones that were made by Jim Pitman who I believe designed them. And they do have adjustments for each string. Hopefully Jim or Jerry Fessenden will see this and chime in. And the player in the video has a little to do with the great sound.

That is the way they are set up Richard. They are strings three, four, five, six, eight and 10 of our E9th tuning. The first pedal pulls the B strings to C#. And the G# strings to A. E major open to A major with the pedals Rob.
