Missouri: STEEL GUITARS IN CONCERT Oct 14
Indian Foot Lake ( Gene's Country Club) Pevely Mo. I've been missing the get togethers Scotty had for yrs, so I got together with Randy Davis and here we go. I have the top players in the St. Louis area lined up and a great staff band ready to go. Admission charge is $10 to cover hall and Staff Pickers.

Larry we will start at 1pm and run until 6. Each player will be given a 45 to 50 minute set. Time permitting a jam with everybody in the round to end. Forgot to mention --- THIS IS NOT AN OPEN MIKE EVENT!!! The players are more than welcome to bring a singer or two, but STEEL GUITAR is our focus. Also Randy will have food, beer, wine, available at the club. Hope to see everyone and hope to possibly have future shows. Thanks P.H.

I am so excited that you are putting this together! It's going to be so much fun!!! I'm really bummed that we'll be out of town for the first one, but I surely want to try to make the next one. What a great chance it will be to see & hear the great talents of the area. Thanks Pat for your efforts in getting this started.

Sounds like fun. I’ll try and make it. In retrospect you, asked me to do this show.

Thanks to all who have responded regarding the upcoming show. To the pickers inquiring about playing on the show -- if this one works out you are all welcome to be included on future shows. I already have enough for 2 more, which is GREAT !!!
All we need now is a good turn out to enjoy it. We're going to have a great time.
Looking forward to seeing everyone!
THANKS P.H.

I've had several inquiries about Dealers - Builders - Etc - having booths at the Concert No-one has approached me wanting to have displays set up. I'm not opposed to this if someone wants to sell STEELS OR RELATED ITEMS, but the Pickers are my reason for doing this show. Hope this clarifies things. Hope to see ya there.
