No doubt who this Steeler is
At least not for me. No one else could nail it to the wall like this guy. Enjoy

Are Hook, Theresa, and myself the only ones digging this? Ok, maybe I don't know much about steel guitar. But I still say it's darn good picking for a 18-19 year old kid. He was that good 5 years before I was born. No wonder I never caught up.
PS. Thereas, I thought pretty girls always surronded the steel players? Maybe I was just lucky.

Bobby, that's one of my favorites too!
Walter Haynes told me that when Buddy Emmons came to Nashville he put everybody back in the Woodshed.
I have Promotional 45's of Emmons playing back in the 50's, like Flint Hill Special, among others. He was playing better at 17-18 years old than most players will ever get IMO.

Bobby - thanks for posting that!
There's no-one else who plays with audacity! That solo is just so much fun, and it's played impeccably, too.
It doesn't matter what Buddy does - he just sets the bar for everyone else.
