Flame suit ready. I'm gonna suggest the unpopular possibility and probably risk forumicide... I think it's two tracks. The first phrase has that one note dropping a perfect fourth (that's 5 half steps folks! and it sounds like the bar to me) while the rest of it, the upper first and the third vibrat...

What Bob said... Listen carefully and see what you like. I'm using a Mesa Boogie Triaxis preamp and a SimulClass 2:90 and I'm personally very satisfied. Lots of great amps out there, though. Hi Mark, You'll probably get an empassioned response here for any amp type you might ask about. But I use the Triaxis for both 6 string and steel into a Mesa SimulClass 90:90. I am very, very satisfied with its tonal versatility. I have never not been able to get the tone I was after. But I recommen...

You bought a bunch recording gear? For a studio in your home? That's crazy! This is the ultimate affliction, you know? I vote for live drums if possible. Otherwise, record manual triggering of MIDI percussion to a sequencer and embelish with real cymbals and hi-hat. Cheers, Robert ------------------...

Martin, I use a Mesa Boogie Triaxis tube preamp and a Mesa Boogie Simulclass 2:90 stereo tube power amp into 2 EV-12 single cabs; Alesis Quadraverb II for light reverb and subtle echo, sometimes a little chorus. I realize my choice is fairly well out of the mainstream, but the palette of tones is ju...
