Holy Cow! I`m losing it. The meeting and jam is at the Tiverton R.I. VFW on Shove St. in Portsmouth R.I. Thank you Tommy Cass. Now you see why I`m forgetting how to play steel.

Ending life can make it so difficult when such an important person like Bob passes away. It was so much fun and excitement when he was able to get so many super pickers to perform.

I am getting nervous and looking forward to Sunday`s meeting & jam. Risga survives despite trending situations.

I apologize for bringing Jay Andrews into Peter Hart`s post, but he was a local picker who made it big in Nashville. He played with Johnny Paycheck, Vern Garsdin, etc. His cousin Robin Andrews tells me he will be visiting R. I. around July 15th. I hope he shows up at the Tiverton VFW this Sunday.

On June 17th I survived playing a gig with Roger Trahan. I will be at the RISGA meeting trying to pick and grin with limited ability.

Hi Doug, We have something in common, an Eadd9 tuning. With my 12-string pedal steel, I can play a 5(7th) sweeping idiot lick that turns heads. Back to "Wildwood Flower"; Your touch and tone reminds me of Jerry Byrd.
