As a thief has relieved me of my WW2 era stand I need another. Quite some time ago there was a post on the forum about a fellow that was making stands.. I have searched but cant fin the post Any help is appreciated

I'v owned two carvins and they sounded great. I also had a Fender Delux and after playing a Carvin the Fender was too thin.

When Dick had his AFRN radio show out of Taegu I played on about a third of his shows. Two other GIs played also and i don't know who did the recording. The radio show was on in the AM and was on 1953 and part of 1954. ccj

I alternate about 50/50 between my nashville 112 and my sho=bud xmas tree ccj

provided that it has had TLC you can;t go wrong with a Carvin. I have had three and let people talk me out of them like a dumb a$$. If I ever obtain another I,ll hang on to it for dear life cc

Yhe George Mccoy I knew played a strait steel and played in the Ft Worth area and on the Cowboy Weaver th show George comsidered it the biggest complement that Weaver paid him. George had played SGR and Cowboy said "That was great. That sounded like SGR" Keep your thumb pick hot. cc

Skip I had this happen to an amp shipment. I called UPS they investigated a couple of days and paid me for the amp. Couldn't ask for beter. cc
