Pete's brother in California was Bill Drake,he died in a car wreck (Alcohol related )in the 60's....Pete never drank,I dont think Jack did........

I've got a birdseye Maple Sho~Bud,hey I love formica,it's hard to beat in the kitchen,if there's a diference in sustain,I can't hear it.Lacquer over birdseye is a pretty hard finish......Pete Drake said he did'nt like counter top guitars,...As far as looks,,I have to agree with him..........
