Mike has been with George before he started recording. He is also the Grandson of Pappy Dailey....Goerge Jones old Manager.

| and I don't believe there to be any "Nashville" in his band in any way, shape, or form - they're pure Texas, as most if not all of Strait's band members are local San Marcos, Poteet, Pearsall buddies of his dating back to the late 70's when George was simply the lead singer of the "Ace in the Hole Band". |
