Looking for an amp under $200
My Crate amp just died. I need a new amp but don't want to spend more than $200. Looking for some suggestions. I am a beginner and play a Carter Starter S-10. When I search online Fender Mustang LT25 and Orange Crush 20 seem to get great reviews. Any thoughts?
These get great reviews from players here

The Katana is very intriguing. What about something a little louder...
Consider hunting up a used Fender Rumble 100. You should be able to find one for 2 bills. 100 watts, 12" speaker, only 22 pounds and sounds very good with steel.

Have you considered having your Crate repaired? May cost less than you think.Neal Berniker wrote:My Crate amp just died. Any thoughts?
And, as Karl suggested, combo bass amps generally sound
pretty good for steel. Should be able to score a decent
used one for $200 or less.
