Iam so sorry to read this news. I was an early joiner of the Forum and have read it almost every day of my life since. Bob did such a great service to our community by staring and maintaining this great Forum. I have learned so much by being a part of it. May he rest in peace and forever be remembered. My deepest condolences to his family.

I just saw this on Facebook and U devastated to learn. A true promoter of this instrument is gone. I pray God welcomed him in to Heavenly Home.
As I am reminded from the scriptures, In my Father's house there are many mansions, God has prepared your place.

I wish I had expressed my appreciation better and more often for all you did for the community, b0b. Prayers for the family and all our steel brothers and sisters feeling the loss. As so many have said, go rest High! And for those keeping the forum running, a first round of thanks.

If it had not been for b0b's work in offering this forum, I would not have taken up the instrument.

RIP b0b, and a belated "Thank You!"

So sorry to hear this news. I sat next to b0b at a clinic at Scotty's one year, that was a great experience for me - I don't remember who's clinic it was...but I sure remember my conversations with b0b that day! What a great guy, I will miss him.

b0b Lee will be missed by many people for the rest of their lives. That certainly goes for me. I look at this forum almost every day. I joined early and never been far away from it. Thank you b0b for inventing this fabulas place to mingle with so many other steel guitar players. I have seen b0b quite a few times at the shows. The last time he had his guitar there and we talked quite a bit. Always a special visit with him. RIP my friend and condolences to all your family.
