McMaster Carr has them.

Hex aluminum
3/8ths
You likely have 8/32 threads
You can get extenders or just new hexes to replace your current hexes. You will need to drill the pedal mount hole and remove the male threaded stub on the new hex.
McMaster Carr also sells the leg spacers too. Aluminum round.
