E9 Speedpicking Tab & Video - Powerglide

Post by Doug Beaumier »

This is an original tune of mine I call Powerglide. I posted it here a few years ago, and I thought this would be a good time to repost it.

I have free tablature for the main riff on my blog ---> http://playsteelguitar.com/speedpicking ... owerglide/

Here's the YouTube video ---> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kcmd6ZJTrQo

Thanks for checking it out.

Doug, You are my most underrated steel pickin` friend. I love your version of "Apache" and "Powerglide".

Thanks all, much appreciated! As far as the recording setup, it's about as simple as it gets. I record the steel direct, no mic. I make the backing tracks using BIAB for bass and drums only. Then I add a couple of live guitar tracks and lastly the steel guitar (as I video record it). Then I sync the audio to the video in iMovie.
