I am wanting to add a third pedal to my older student model and have everything I need except a small clamp which attaches to the crossrod. It has a hole in witch the pedal rod hooks in. Many thanks

If you had a piece of Metal, a File, and a Drill, you could make that part in a few minutes.
You could make your first try out of wood to get the dimensions right.
If you don't mind waiting, maybe call GFI and order the part(s). |

I would contact GFI through their web site and order a bell crank. It would be as quick to order a bell crank as to make one, And it would keep the guitar factory original if you want to sell it.
GFI has sent me parts quick on all my orders. |

Thank you guys. GFI don’t have this older part and the newer one are very different. I have everything else except this one part and a friend with a mill May be able tot do as Bobby suggests! _________________ LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN GEORGIA |

The bell cranks on your guitar look very simular to the ones MCI used, Gene Fields did work for MCI at one time.

Based on the description of the part, I don't believe the OP is looking for a bell crank. |

If you put the rest of the parts onto the steel, you can use a pair of vice grips as a knee lever (just clamp it to the cross shaft), until you get the pedal-part. |
