I have a friend that when plugging his DD-3 into Peavey amps, one is Peavey Bandit, not sure of the other one there is a loud hum. He also has a small Vox amp that does not hum with the DD-3 plugged in. Any idea what might cause this. |

If he is using a DC power supply (wall wart) with the DD3, try it with the internal battery and see if it hums. |

I'd check the connections in the box. _________________ 2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)
