I can hardly hum "The Old Grey Mare," but this is a beautiful melody, just not in a scale easily interpreted by western ears. A traditional Turkish piece, it predates the term "ambient music" by a good shot. And think about this: imagine having three or more additional notes between each two frets on your guitar!
