Tony,
I remember that sunburst Emmons Push Pull you had in Portland, Do you still have it? What abeautiful guitar that was. Great restomod on the Emmons above.

That's some great work,I think I'll let a pro who is familliar with the push pull work on mine. I am afraid to admit it, I am not that incline to do it myself.

Bill...always good to hear from you.

That sunburst p/p was the one that got away. I think I sold it for about $800 back in 1980. What a bone-head move.

BTW, I sure would like to see some pix of your Desert Rose.

Bump to set the record straight.

Kids - it plays and sounds as good as it looks. I had the privilege of getting to fondle this guitar this weekend, as well some other stellar Emmons guitars.

Bill.........I got the pix, and sent an email that didn't go through...I re-sent it about 2 hrs ago. The DR is an exquisite looking guitar, (just like your blue "Bud). It'd be nice visiting sometime. Maybe Karen and I will head down to Arizona sometime. If we do, you'll be on the "must-see" list.

Scott....had a good time @ the steel-a-thon last Sunday. It's always good meeting another steeler.

Thanks for bringing your "new" Emmons over on Sunday with your lovely wife, Karen. It was great having the chance to see and play your rebuilt PP. It plays and sounds great! I'm glad we all had the chance to get together and happy everyone got a chance to meet my friend, Scott Hay. It's so good to have someone from the younger generation so enthused about pedal steel!
