We spent about 2 years recording this album, but sort of broke up before doing the last step of releasing it on CD. Thought you all might enjoy a listen...

Thanks for the compliments, guys.
On Sacred Ground was written when my nephew was serving in Iraq. His dad served in Vietnam. That's the basic story behind it. John Reese did a great job on the vocal, in my opinion.
The Courtship was originally written for the F Diatonic pedal steel. I played the trio version on marimba. Here's the original steel version, with Fred Campbell on bass:
