Jerry Byrd...A Beautiful Song.
I stumbled across this one today and I wanted to share it of course I'm sure a lot of ya have already seen it. This really shows that the non-pedal steel can produce pure magic music. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jXEP5DFD ... re=related

Jerry
Great song by a great group. Jerry was a one-of-a-kind in all aspects.
I miss my March 9th birthday call to him and the visits. Great guy, very modest and hmble. He did cuss a little, though..................funny individual.

I agree with Bobby and all you other Jery Byrd Fans; there is no greater man. If it wasn't for him, we wouldn't be here conversing about how great our Instrument is. Thanks to Mr. Jerry Byrd. Thanks for sharing this POST with us.. Bernie

It's good to have a little grit in your tone
And stop all that BS about your playing, Keoki. There ain't a soul around that wouldn't like to sound like you do on your worst day!
