New Continuous Hour of "Swingin' West"- M Gross on
The March edition of the recorded continuous airing of "Swingin' West" has just come up on the Internet on twangtownusa.com. It will be on 24 hours a day seven days a week, over and over, for the entire month.
There is no specific theme for this month, March, just a lot of great music. Among the sounds you will hear will be from new CDs by the wonderful songwriter, Chuck Cusimano as well as another Ft. Worth area artist, Randy Brown and Beau Renfro from a new one on Stardust.
You will enjoy steel guitarists Tommy Lopez & Amarillo, Don Sulesky, Rick Alexander and the legendary Leon McAuliffe and his Cimarron Boys from Western Swing history.
Also heard are The Jazzabillies with Jimmy Queen in the spotlight from Missouri, the fantastic River Road Boys with Jim Johnson on vocal and Reid Wells and Segovia 1862 both from Texas. Enjoy the awesome Time Jumpers and Grammy winners, Asleep at the Wheel with super fiddler Jason Roberts on vocal. There is also a Western Concert with Monte Hale from Western Music history and Jim Garling and Rodger Maxwell for their recent CDs. The show closes with Fred Spears and the Prescott Playboys doing the show closing theme.
The recorded edition of "Swingin' West" can always be heard by clicking the mouse on the appropriate spot on the bottom of the home page of the "Swingin' West" web site, www.swinginwest.com
Thank You!

Andy,
Do you have Real Player downloaded on your computer? You need Real player to bring up www.twangtownusa.com where my recorded show is on and linked to.
I have played the Texas Panhandle Band's version of "Won't You Ride on My Little Red Wagon" many times on my "Swingin' West" broadcasts. It would be my pleasure to put it on one of my live "Swingin' West" broadcasts that will start up again on May 2. Just mention the day and I can do it. It would be my pleasure.

I've installed the latest version of Real Player on both comupters too. At least I can listen to it upstairs anyway... Thanks guys for all the help. I'll report back when I get er figured out. Meanwhile, back upstairs for some "Swingin West" tunes.
