I agree with b0b's comments above. As with computers, life is great in PP land when it works exactly as it's supposed to work and exactly as you experienced in many prior transactions. But when things go wrong, they can really go wrong in a very major way, and it's the seller who gets bloodied 99.99...

Same thing happened to me. Buyer damaged the item, waited TWO WEEKS after receiving it, filed a claim that it was defective when shipped, and I lost the money AND had my item damaged (no extra charge) in the process. Pictures proving it was NOT damaged when shipped were completely disregarded. Never...

I bought a different MSA Classic from Chuck earlier this year and got a spectacular guitar, packed extremely well and delivered without a hitch, all for a great price. High praise all around for Chuck and his MSAs.

These fit my '70s MSA Classic perfectly. Cousin Carl (not really, but we kid each other) is great to deal with and the wrench is a top notch item.
