Bill Asher now makes the Deluxe 34 stands. They are GREAT! A bit expensive, but if you have several steels it's easy to justify

It does look very ZB-ish!
But the end plates are slightly different on the front & back. Also not ZB pickups. And the knees have a cool bend to them. But all the rest really looks like a ZB.
I'm going to guess that Bobby Beavers work for Zane Beck and built himself a custom version.

Joe, that looks like a worthy project! Since there aren't enough pedals I think you're right to remove the C6 guts and make it into an SD-10.
Looks like Zane Beck era parts. Does it have a 1xxx ser number?

Check with Jim Palenscar and Billy Knowles. I've gotten ZB pedals from both of them.

Mike - it's fun to have the full E G# B E(D) on the bottom, with only one extra string. I bought a ZB 11 string some years ago with this setup and it really connected.
And yes #7 is wound.

The easiest thing to do is just use a 10-string set and buy an extra .056 to put an 'E' on the 11th. If you want to lower that to a C# use a .059 or .060

Or you might try this...

Sounds to me like the spring tip on the barrel is not catching on the rack, and therefore the barrel is just spinning.
Flip the guitar and look to see if the barrel is turning, while holding the 'C' pedal.
