Update....due to purchasing issues, I'm not going to be getting these in large quantities. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience. I am trying to convince Peavey to stock them as a Service part (#30777234), instead. I will post any updates on that progress here. Just for grins, I do still plan to post...

Thanks Jerry. If I can get about 20-25 interested parties within 3-4 more weeks, I can secure them and have them shipped by early December. I got you down for one if it happens. Thanks!

Celestion developed these to replace the old Webb/Eminence part in the Peavey Nashville 112. With enough interest in this 12" as an aftermarket speaker, they would be willing to do a 15". I'm planning to stock and distribute these in the US, if I can get enough interest.

I just got a narrow one in the mail yesterday. It's 4-5/8 wide at the flanges and 3-31/32" (say 4") wide for the actual pickup. It's 1-3/8" in the other direction and 3/4" tall, not counting the wires.

The original Eminence 30777234 was a 4 Ohm 80W version of a larger speaker that was used by Webb many years ago. I have a couple of the originals. The new Celestion is being marketed OTC as the "Sterling 250" and it was developed with four different Nashville 112 endorsers who I suspect ar...

I've had my eye on the that Christmas Tree amp on eBay for a while now. What's an actual fair price for that?

Double neck 8-string lap or console steel guitar

I'm looking for an inexpensive double 8 non-pedal steel to use for a pickup experiment. Just trying to see what's out there. Not much online. Thanks!

Effects Loops on Amps - Front or Rear?

Do you prefer an amplifier's effects loop to be on the front or rear of an amp's chassis? Why?

It wouldn't work right in front of most amps but you could use it on the Pre EQ loop on most Peavey Nashville models. It would also work in most buffered effects loops.

I would use old ones, but I would need to be able to get them in volume. I've heard that the Weber Neomag 15s are as close as you can get to the D130F but I don't know any steel players that have personal experience with them.

Thanks y'all. So glad to be here. I've always avoided forums but this one is the real deal. Anytime you need help with an amp (Peavey or otherwise) don't hesitate to contact me here or at hessiemae@hotmail.com. I'm taking on more repair work on the side now that the PV Service Center has downsized a...

Discrete transistors are where the magic is on the early Session models. I'm finding the same to be true of circuits that use single ended JFETs.

Sho-Bud Single Channel Combo

I'm looking to buy any available Sho-Bud Single channel combo to use as a standard for a new project that I'm working on. In particular, I need the really simple one with the single 15". It doesn't need to be functional but that would be a plus. Thanks for looking.
