Hi..So many great musicians and friends have passed on and I miss them all. What a wonderful experience it has been to have lived through all of the fantastic music in California back then and still be here to remember it.

I sold the Fender 1000 back in the sixties and got a Fender 2000 of which I totally wore out. Now, I have a GFI that is made by Gene Fields, who was instrumental in the making of the Fenders back in the day.

I visit quiet often but don't have much to say. I remember you also. It's always nice to come here to find out what was going on back in the day. As said before...If you remember the 60"s, you weren't there.

o.k. Billy T. Heres a weird one. A rickety old platform over the bucking bull stalls at the Rodeo in Hilliard, Fla. Rickenbacker Steel, Bass and Rhythm player. Big Sid the bad bull that was advertized decided to climb up out of his stall into the bandstand. We were climbing up to the top. Of course ...

Hi Billy: Thru the early 70's I used a leslie on my steel at the Blue Room and on recordings. I loved that slow turn. It looked like Jerry Hayes's box.
