Lap Steel Gig bag with Leg pockets??

Do they make Lap Steel Gig bags with leg pockets. No luck so far searching the internet: this is a Fender White Steel a acquired recently. I stripped the turquoise paint job and had it custom painted. http://bb.steelguitarforum.com/userpix1403/12755_IMG_1413_2.jpg http://bb.steelguitarforum.com/user...

Hi Bruce,
Sorry I missed your gig.
I look at the Forums PS events in Caifornia, but not often due to the
lack of events in CA...... :) I've been at the Pedal Steel
for about 3 years or so. Live near Armando's.
Please let me know if you are playing close by.

Thanks,

Jeff

Thanks for the tips. I'm having Pat Wilkins do a custom paint job on my White Steel. Someone had painted it an aqua blue before I got it. I have the Big Logo pic but the last picture sentwill help a lot. He's going to measure based on frets. Just trying to get it more accurate. http://bb.steelguitar...

Ian, curious. I just got the Emmons Basic C6 instruction booklet. Seeing four strings played at the same time I assumed an addition pick. I don't see where it describes pick two rake two tech. What page? or can you send me the description. I'm 53 so I may have a little more time to master it. :)

I've been using thumb and two finger picks for about 3 years on a Carter Starter, then got a Emmons D10. Started using 4 for the same reason mentioned above. 4 String Chords on C6th.

Hi all, thanks for all the great info. I'd like to take a pole. If it were your steel, would you go stock or custom? A Classic Car repainted seems to hold it's value. Not sure on a steel. I'm going to keep and play it but somewhere down the road I'll sell it and would like to at least get the $$ bac...

Fender Color Historian needed

I acquired a rare "White" Steel by Fender. It had been repainted, and the logo was removed to do so. I've sanded it down to the wood. I'm going to have it painted professionally by Pat Wilkins. I'm hoping to get more clarity on the exact color (name) they were painted. I've heard Desert Fa...
