---->1,000+ gospel tabs for E-9th <----

Post by Erv Niehaus »

I have been doing quite a bit of tabbing of late.
As of now, the total is exceeding 1,000 gospel tabs.
I guess that I need to clarify this a little.
Besides the gospel tabs, I have included some patriotic songs and some more formal songs or hymns.
Even some classical songs that have Christian roots.
Thay are all done for the glory of the Lord, however.
The tabs are available for $1 each plus postage.

If you want an updated list, just send me a note and I will e-mail you a list. :D

I just did a new count and it's now over 850.
Tha Lord is good, all the time!
I just went through an old Baptist hymnal and came up with quite a few songs and just the other day I received a new Lutheran "Homecoming" hymnal that I'll be looking through. I have tabbed out songs from several different denominational hymnals over the years. I'm not much into the new "praise" songs, I like to stick with the songs with some "meat" to them. :D

I have a question...I am just learning to play steel. I was wondering if you have tabbed Sweet Hour of Prayer and Higher Ground in your collections? I would like to learn these songs to play them for my mother as they hold special memories of her grandmother who has passed.

Thanks

Joey,
Yes, I most certainly have those songs tabbed out.
In fact, the Holy Spirit brought "Higher Ground" to my attention while I was driving down the highway coming back from Wisconsin a few years back.
If you e-mail me your postal address I will get those tabs in the mail for you.
I feel that the old gospel songs really carry a message, there is a 3 minute sermon in every one of them.
Take care and keep looking up! :D

For you Lutherans, I'm just finishing up the tab for 11 songs taken from the "A Lutheran Homecoming" hymnal, quite nice.
I wasn't aware of it but Bach is considered to be the greatest Lutheran hymn writer.
See you in church! :D

Thanks Erv I received them today and have already made a joyful noise :) My mother loved them both. My rendition wasn't as good as it could have been but practice will smooth that out. Great Tabs.

Thanks Again

Darrell just ordered 23 gospel tabs for his 13 yr. old grandson so he could play in church.
This really makes my old heart jump for joy!
And is the reason for my tabbing out the Lord's music.
The tabs are headed to Missouri today.

Grant, make a joyful noise unto the Lord! :D
