I think that Roland Virtual Sound Canvas might get you most, if not all, of the way there. I'm fairly sure that it can rip (encode) a MIDI file into MP3 format. If you don't get any other LTD pictures first I'll open up mine and shoot a picture and E-mail it to you. It doesn't work, but that won't matter for the picture and it's never been modified.
