...looks like a good source for Fender parts to me. I wouldn't have any other use for it.

...talk about ugly!

I dont think its ugly, its different.

It would take one person to play this and 6
pallbearers to carry it.

Gene Autry. I think I'll bid on it. I like strange things,,,thats why I like Howard

Howard can you get 4 people besides you and I to help me carry this?

I don't think they get any stranger than that. At least only one neck is strung, probably to reduce the weight.

I almost missed the pictures at the bottom.
Those Electro-Harp style pedals really got my attention.

Obviously the product of an inventor, or mad scientist. It sure would be interesting to hear the story behing this one.

Jody,
Do you know if this was put together at Fender or did someone else order customized parts to assemble it on their own?

I dont doubt anything. I believe nothing of what I hear and half of what I see. I dont
think anyone at Fender did any side projects on this. This is an after market invention.

Whoever it was,did a a good job.

It is interesting I must say.

Non-original body (or cut body), non-original fretboards, non-original legs, non-original case, home-made changers and pedals… and 3 of the 4 bridgeplates have been cut (the string holes on the bridge end have been cut off).

The after-market workmanship is pretty good and it’s an interesting novelty piece. Rube Goldberg would be impressed!
