anybody know what happend to the deep south steel and musicians assoc.

I'm not familiar with the association you mentioned but you might be interested in the North Tennessee Steel Guitar Association. I don't have any address on my card to give you right now, but let me do some checking on it if your interested. It's a super Association. Doyle Weigold

You might try Bill Stafford or Hal Higgins.

There is a Southeast Steel Guitar Association
You might give Jimmy Miller in the Dothan Al area.

Rudy.....The association is still in its formation stages....trying to get more membership, so far we have less than a dozen who have signed up and paid the membership dues, and right now that's not enough to do a lot with.....be patient, Mr Bill Stafford and I are working on it......thanks for your inquiry, and if there are those of you in the Southeast region of the USA (TX, AR, OK, LA, MS, AL, FL, GA....you get the picture)that would be interested in joining go to the following web address and join up.
