Does anyone know how to change the range on a Crybaby/Volume pedal?

The dunlop Crybaby doesn't use up the full rotation of the pot inside, so you could start by trying the pot in different places along its rotation. Electronically I don't know how. My Crybaby has a real small sweet spot, but I've tried others that have a big sweet spot. You might want to try a different pot before you messs with it too much.

If you are trying to move the frequency sweep higher or lower, you can change a single capacitor to do that, or set it up to be switchable like the Dunlop 535Q.
Check out this link for how to do it, as well as lots of other wah info.

I have a Vox that has a very small sweet spot. I wish the whole range of the pedal could be used because I like to use if for very subtle effect. I push it slow and suddenly it's wide open. I'd love to know how to change that. In the meantime, I'm just getting used to making smaller movements with my foot.
