Beatles Lose Apple log suit

Not exactly end of the world scenario.
2 different logos based on the same fruit.
So the name is a fruit,
since when is FRUIT copywritable..
Ok genetically modified fruit gets a patent.

But after paying $26.5 million for expanded rights, it must rankle Apple Comp. to get hit at again.

I for one NEVER had a seconds doubt which was which.
Nor who sold what.

I think Apple Records lawyers were just seeing
an opportunity to go back to the well
for more fees.

But they will appeal saying the judge owned an iPod,
so he must be biased. Same old Same old.
