Steel guitar events in the east coast
Anybody knows good venues for steel guitar/country/ old tyme music in the east coast Canada or US? We need more steel guitar events in the east part! Any ideas/recomendations?? Seems like there is just no scene for that in the east coast. Too bad but Texas and Oregon is way too far....

Sarah Jory will be playing a concert in Mechanic Falls Main on August 3rd this summer. She is an amazing player and well
worth the price of admission. There is a separate thread in this event section of the Forum on the subject. The Pedal steel Guitar association hosts a steel guitar event once a year. It has been in Norwalk, Connecticut in past years. This event features a Sunday of many different steel players performing with an excellent back up band, from about 11:00 am until 5:00 PM. This past year it was in Darien Conn. Nov. 2nd and 3rd. There is a thread in the section that talks about it.
