Misguided youth
Hi All many many years ago at the tender age of 17. I brought my first Pedal Steel from John Davies. He assured me they were Babe magnets! Then I Found this video on Youtube. I've been playing the wrong instrument all these years. This Guy manages to Steal three women from the piano guy by playing a BANJO!!! Ha Ha https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cNUrpIozm5E

Hi Larry I have nothing against Banjo's. But don't let your wife see the video! and your reply about not being afraid to use it as she might confiscate it. Ha Ha Dave

Re: Misguided youth
I was always taught that proficiency at billiards was the sign of a misspent youth

Re: Misguided youth
Hi Dave my youth was misguide not misspent
. I think I fall under the first part of the quote A certain skill at Billiards is the sign of a Gentleman. Which reminds me of a band job in my youth. The guitarist was playing Snooker with the drummer. It was a full size table. the back was missing on a corner pocket. the guitarist potted the black that flew over to a table with six pints of beer on a tray. The ball landed in one of the beers without any damage! He must have done a bit of misspending. Dave
