Anandi steel ukulele...anyone?

I came across this when looking up Indian lap steel stuff on YouTube. Looks and sounds great. Anyone have any experience with these? From what I gather, you have to order online from India.

This was developed by Pandit Debashish Bhattacharya. He plays it on many recordings he has released. I suspect it is a fine instrument based on what I have heard him do with it. Keep in mind he could make a broom stick with a string on it sound great.
