Thanks for the replies. This posting is showing up in the Facebook groups. I think its a scam. I messaged about it and he wants $200.00 plus $20 to ship from Arizona. The description has been lifted from a 5 year old posting on reverb with a different picture.

The one thing I insist on is talking to any seller on the phone and ask ?. If they won't talk to me it's a dead deal.

He is on the C6 site. I wonder how many have been scammed. Goes by Terry Fischer. At least that was his posting earlier today.

I just saw the post on FB about 30 (or less) minutes ago.

Looks like an awesome seat though. I bet it is heavy. 😱

Seat

Post by Dan Rollans »

If I’m not mistaken, this awesome looking seat was built by Ron Bailey not my ole buddy Joe Naylor or here at Steelers Choice. Ron had a thread on the forum a short time ago showing off his craftsmanship.

Looks like the adds are still popping up on different Facebook sites. If people put as much effort in scamming folks and trying to make a quick buck you would think they could get a decent job a lot easier!

Unfortunately, buyer are as bad as sellers. Sold a steel a month ago for $3100 buyer had $3000 with him so told him to take the guitar and mail me the other $100. Haven't seen or heard from him since. you can't trust anybody period.
