How to get a halfstop on a Exstar (Excel)?

I've got my Exstar tuned to D-13 a few months ago and i could not be happier with the guitar and of course with the tuning!
My RKL raises string 1 a full step and lowers 7 a full step now. Recently i saw a setup, which utilizes a stop halfway on the F - nice! This would make my RKR-I (strings 3 and 7 F#->F) obsolete!
Unfortunately i'm not that experienced on the Excel Changer, i guess it's the latest version on the Exstars, so i'm requesting help from the comprehensive knowledge here on how to utilize this, maybe even without external devices...
