I recently posted recordings of my electric and acoustic arrangements of the traditional song Shenandoah. I consider these as blueprints for further exploration and I tend to play these slightly differently each time.

Andy,
Both the computer generated and live versions are interesting to listen to. Do you mind sharing what virtual instrument you used in each selection?

Jim, the computer generated mp3's were output from GuitarPro 8. The acoustic version used strummed guitar and the electric used the Leisz sound, GP's lame approximation of a steel guitar. The electric live version was on an Asher Electro-Hawaiian and the acoustic was a Bear Creek Weissenborn.
