Helping a friend with this, and hoping to determine approximate build date and other pertinent info on this. Any help gratefully appreciated!

This looks like a Chicago-era Model 37, 1936 or 37?, very similar to The famous two 37s that Mike Auldridge played for many years. If memory serves, his two had serial numbers in the 200s.

I have a Model 37 from the 1930's. Mine has a serial number on the end of the peg head stamped in.

I have a Model 37, green oval Regal decal on a slotted peghead, and a 14 fret Spanish neck. Late 30's, I'm sure but without serial number.
