ZB Replacement Fretboards

Post by Tom Bradshaw »

I now offer ZB fretboards to owners of these older pedal steels. They will soon be listed and pictured on my website. The price is the same as all my other boards ($33.00). The boards are available in two background colors: black or cream.

Although the "cream-colored" boards on ZB guitars were originally white, most aged over the years to a cream or even a nearly orange coloring. I was encouraged by ZB owners to offer a compromise. Therefore, that model comes in a slightly cream-colored background. ...Tom (tommybradshaw@gmail.com)

I will have pictures up on my website within the next month.
There are two board colors: black and cream. There is one picture available of the cream-colored board here on the Forum at the lengthy topic about ZB guitars: ttps://bb.steelguitarforum.com/viewtopic.php?p=3097081#3097081]ZB.

Here are the board stats:
ZB 10- and 11-string fretboard
Board dimensions: Width at nut end: 3”; Width at the 24th fret: 3 ½”; for 24” neck length. This size fits both models.
I was loaned several ZB fretboards by Forum members. I noticed on all that there was a lack of registry in the multi-colored icons at the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th etc. frets. I corrected all those images. ...Tom
