two input/output tuner for two separate signals

Wondering if anyone can recommend a good product/way to set up an acoustic guitar (going to DI) and an electric guitar (going to amp). wanting to plug them into one tuner on a pedal board and mute one while using the other. i see the KORG Pitchblack+ tuner has two inputs but doesn't appear to have separate outputs. http://www.korg.com/us/products/tuners/pitchblack/

I think you're asking for something kinda oddball. Like one tuner, two separate signal paths?? Don't think that's done.
You could try just a Y cable coming out of the tuner.

If the loop master guys don't have a switch that would do this for you, they would make one....and there are standard dual-Y switch pedals that would do it, but you'd have to hit two buttons to switch both input and output....feed the single output of switch 1 into the tuner and then into the single input of switch 2.

You probably would have a cheaper and more reliable setup with two tuners and no switches - just tap both tuners to switch, use the tuner mute ability to handle it. You could put them close enough to hit both with one tap...

For about ten bucks it's hard to beat a clip-on Snark. Just keep a supply of button batteries in your bag, and you'll never again have to worry about cables or power supplies.

I also was looking for a way to connect 2 instruments to a single tuner and still have 2 separate output paths. After considering several options, I came to the same conclusion that Steve alluded to - trying to eliminate the 2nd tuner won't save much pedal board real estate or money and may actually decrease reliability and ease of operation. I ultimately decided on a separate tuner for each instrument.

That being said, if you went with a 2 input tuner (like the Pitchblack you mentioned) you could connect an A/B switch to the tuner output to route the electric to the amp and acoustic to the DI. You would still have the same pedal count - just trading a tuner for an A/B switch.

I think I'd put a Snark on the flattop and leave the tuner in the steel line
