Leon Rhodes

Post by Lefty Schrage »

Following the Saturday afternoon performance at the 2014 ISGC, several of us had a wonderful conversation with Leon Rhodes regarding his time w/ Earnest Tubb and the Opry. We learned he played a major role in the original compositions he wrote that he and Charleton played on numbers such as "Honey Fingers"and other instrumentals. What a wonderful opportunity we had to chat with one of the pioneers and legends in classic country music. Keep on brother! Thanks Leon for sharing some of the history! Love you!
