Lead guitar needed in Pittsburgh area(see reply)

Post by Rich Gibson »

This ad has most of the info http://pittsburgh.craigslist.org/muc/2061182713.html
don't be scared off by the web demos.Bass and Drum positions have been upgraded plus pedal steel added.
Hot guitar player would complete the package.
I think there's some potential here.Singer band/leader is a solid guy and has his bizness sense together.
Please reply to the add or to my email thru the forum.
Thanks

I'm finding it interesting how hard it is to find a competent guitarist.I'm pounding pavement and beating bushes everywhere with very little result.I mean there are a ALLOT of guitar players out there and at least some percentage of them can actually play.
Everyone complains about the lack of work and this band works steady Saturdays with the potential for more...
Granted the web demos and video are scary awfull(http://www.michaelchristopherband.com/) but those guys are gone(except for the singer/leader) and I've added steel and dobro. The band still needs some work but we really need a new lead player. The current guy is driving me insane.

So please understand I'm not berating my fellow forum members- just an impassioned plea for help.
help!
Thanks

Hi,
What kind of money, and how much work. Currently working solo on ships. You wouldn't be disappointed with me. Available in Feb. '11
