Lee Johnson and Bill Stroud Youttube

Post by Bill Stroud »

I just stumbled across a Gospel Singing that I played for on Youtube but don't know how to post it.
Go to youtube and type in Lee Johnson and Bill Stroud Wade Right In
This is right after I got the new Black Mullen D-10 first time that I played that Steel.
I backed up Lee Johnson on his song Wade Right In
maybe someone will know how to post it on here?

Thank you Don, Lee wanted to see his song on here I didn't know how to post it but you came through.
Thanks,
That's the first time I played the Mullen Steel I play a 12 string Universal most of the time. Also the Knee Levers are different on the Ten string Steels that I have than my Universal 12 Steels, I lower my E's on the Right Knee on the Universal's and on the Left Knee on the Ten String Steels.

Bill, you're right. There is quite a difference going from what you're use to, to a D-10. That's for certain.

Overall, you did a real nice job. Enough that it tells me, that you are a player. So naturally there were a few hitches, but again, completely understandable due to the circumstances.

If you really want to hear someone now that's pretty bad, that would be me... :D

The reason I didn't get those pics to you yet, I lost my dad a few days ago. So it's a bit rough at the moment.......... At any rate, it's now my favorite bar. :)

See that! Even opinionated doubters (like me) can change into believers...

Don I'm sorry to hear about your Dad I know that is rough we lost ouyr Dad a fews ago, and today I went to see my Mom she is 102 years old she is a jewel. I would not tell her about my surgery next Tuesday it would just worry her to death.
Thanks Don for the comments I went up there in sit in to play for them no practice just off the cuff, but I guess I made it ok a least they seemed pleased with it.

Hi Bill

Post by David Hartley »

I am sitting here watching it on my Telly. Good sound, good video.

I bought Apple TV yesterday, and it has a YouTube channel.
If you have a television with a HDMI input, and a wireless Internet network in your house I thoroughly recommend getting one of these. There just £99 too!
It's worth it just for the YouTube but it does movies and music and a whole lot more.

OK, that's the Apple TV plug done.

Thanks for the link Bill. Going to watch it again now.

David that sounds like a good thing to have I'll check into it when I get back from surgery, I'll be leaving in about an hour for Nashville I can't wait to get this behind me and get ready for Dallas.
The Video was put on here and I didn't even know that they taped that show up in Wisconsin, I just ran across it and didn't know how to post it for Lee but Don put it on for us.
That was done without any of us rehearsing right off the cuff, and right after I got the Royal P Mullen so without my Universal 12 I guess I made it through fair, not as good as I like to have played it but no practice this is what you get.
I told the group that I play for that when I get back lets put a song or two with them on it and see how it comes out.

Donald I like Country Gospel which I play for a great group. As soon as I get able to do a recording of them I'll post it on the YouTube if I can learn how to do it.
