Good Free Backing Tracks????

Hello all. I was wondering if anyone knows of sites where you can jam along with backing tracks for free.
I have one for bluegrass banjo but would like one for my elec guitar.
Are there any sites that you know of that you can upload and share your tracks with others?
I have googled but cant seem to locate any.
