ShoBud Repair

Post by Jerry Maranville »

I would like to get in touch with someone who might repair or do minor rebuild work on a Super Pro III ShoBud converted from a D10 to a SB10. The guitar is fine cosmtically, but needs new parts on the undercarriage to keep the knees and pedals in tune. I had Jeffery Surratt rebuild one previousely, but he is now too busy with his new guitar building. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. JM

Check with Bobbe Seymour at Steel Guitar Nashville. He did a complete rebuild on a Sho-Bud LDG for me last year. Did a great job!

I'll second what Marc said. James does great work. He is finishing up my Pro 1 right now.

He really knows how to make those old Sho-Buds sound great and sparkle & shine!!!
