Paul, it appears to me you may be a tad trigger happy, you posted the same link again that features you. hmmm, is that what happens when one can pick at 220 bpm? :D

Don't know what is happening. I was sending a family member the Timejumper clip. That was done. Then I was scrolling through guitarists on youtube and came across Steve Vai Steel Guitar. I thought I was copying it and pasting it here. Somehow I can't get rid of this timejuper clip.

Sorry guys,

Thanks Jeff.

Anybody know the player? Nice use of the harmonizer sound.

Somehow I screwed up the copying of the Timejumper clip. My computer will not let me copy anything else. Any suggestions?

Pretty sure that's the same guy that had the Franklin here for sale for 12K. Bryan Dickson. Both his myspace and his youtube account show the musician is a 31 year old male. Plus the seller in this thread

http://bb.steelguitarforum.com/viewtopi ... t=franklin has the email mojoclef777 and the youtube account is listed as Mojojive77, therefore I believe it to be the same person.
We live to play another day.

Al and Boo,

I believe Bryan is a legend in the making. He has all the goods. I'm very familiar with his country playing.

Hook,

That's what I did and it cleared things up.

Thanks,

Mike and Roger,

Thanks! Have you heard Bryan play country music? He can do it all. I love his adventurous spirit.

I dont know much about Bryan as a person,, but as a player, he is crazy! I seen him playing at the Second Fiddle one night and he blew my mind! I sure wish I could afford that Franklin he had for sale on here a couple weeks ago,, cause then I would play like him

I believe Bryan comes from around York SC which is just a bit South of me. I ran into Bryan at a small club when he was home for a short stay awhile back , fine player and a nice guy. I saw this clip awhile back and didn't put two and two together , so if it's Bryan for sure he is the real deal.

He told me that one time playing in a Broadway club Paul came in and from that point on he couldn't even remember what the A pedal did let alone play anymore ! I doubt that he couldn't play, he's really a very talented musician.

kool clip

Wow - what a magical combination that would be: Paul Franklin and Steve Vai - especially on stage... maybe throw in Victor Wooten on bass, Terry Bozzio on drums...

Mark Hitt

Post by David Rupert »

Anyone here, familiar...with Guitar virtuoso - Mark Hitt? Formerly of "Rat Race Choir." Westchester County, NY. Worked with Robert Plant, Leslie West, John Entwhistle...etc. Mark Hitt, is one of VERY BEST guitarists...that you'll ever experience!! Anywhere. And...a really great person. NO ego trips...with Mark. The entire band...are virtuoso, stellar players. The Drummer, Steve Luongo...is THE BEST Drummer, I've ever heard...anywhere!! He was John Entwhistle's "road manager." Steve, is the person...that found John, dead...in Las Vegas. They (The Who)...were scheduled to start there tour, the next day...in Vegas.
Here's a YouTube video, of Rat Race Choir. Around...1980.

Any feedback, would be interesting! Enjoy! :)

You might want to post your question under its own heading in the Music section.
