Another milestone----600+ gospel tabs!
I've been engaged in a bit of a tabbing frenzy of late.
Added up the gospel songs I've tabbed out and, as of today, the total has reached 605.
If you would like to take a look at my handiwork, just let me know and I will e-mail you a list.
They are all for the E9th pedal tuning.
"Give praises to the Lord on an instrument of 10 strings". (Psalms 33:2)

Mr Erv,
I wish to express my deep and sincere appreciation for your time, effort, and dedication to these projects.I know it has been so beneficial to the many that use your tabs to present their instruments.
I wish I had the knowlege, and the talent to do what you are doing, so that I could maybe give you a hand..but I can't..so I will continue to depend on you "pros" to try to learn material..
Thank you again my friend, for your service to us "try to be,wanna be players".
Peace to you and yours my dear friend.

Rob,
So good to hear from you and thank you for all the kind and generous words.
The good Lord has lent me the ability and desire to take His music and make it available to those who want to "give praises to Him on an instrument of 10 strings"(Psalms 33:2)
I find it hard to imagine that I have tabbed out over 600 gospel songs, so far. When I started doing gospel tab some years ago I sure hadn't planned on doing such. I guess it must have been the Holy Spirit moving through this old left-handed Norwegian.
God is good, all the time.
Please don't consider me a "pro". When I get a chance to see and hear you at the steel shows, you are the one who is the pro.
I nominate you for the "duke of paducah".

Erv, I have a older list and don't see the song Im Free. I was wondering if you have tabbed it out and if so could I email my requests and you give me a total to send out to you? BTW are these all tabbed out for a regular emmons setup? Im looking to get 12-14 depending on song availability. Thanks Mike

Mike,
I'm sorry but I don't have "I'm Free" tabbed out but I sure will take a look at doing it.
All my tabs are written for the Emmons setup.
I don't do anything too fancy as far as pedal and lever moves as most pedal steelers have a simple setup on their guitars and I like to accommodate them.
Just send me an e-mail and let me know what you are interested in. No pre-payment is necessary. There will be a slip in the package as to total with postage.
Take care,
Erv
