I need some help

It has been brought to my attention that one of my video's has been downloaded, the title and credits REMOVED, and then posted on MySpace under:

I have tried sending this person a message through MySpace, but to no avail.

Before I file a complaint with MySpace, I wanted to see if any of you could help me contact this "Ben"?

Any help would be appreciated.

Bill' from checking, it seems that this guy's name is Ben Turner, and he either plays,or has played with a band called The Good Times Band. They have played at Sarah's Night Life in Andrews SC, and Beer 30 in Surfside Beach. If you can contact either of the clubs, maybe they will have more information. Good Luck.
