I do remember seeing a soundie by Gene O'Quin doing Pinball Millionaire with Speedy West on steel. Does anybody know where to find this on the web? I would love to see this again.

Well it's mostly the Capitol "A" team. Speedy West steel, Cliffie Stone bass, Billy Strange or Jimmy Bryant leadguitar, Harold Hensley fiddle, Billy Liebert accordion or piano, Muddy Berry drums and Eddie Kirk rhythmguitar. Merle Travis also played on a session so did Porgy Freeman. I do have most of Gene's stuff on cd and 78's. Thanks for mentioning though!

Speedy's Recording Career
I'm sure Speedy spent endless hours in the recording studio in the 1950s. He recorded with so many artists back then.
Erik, I had the distinct pleasure of spending an evening with Speedy, at his home in Broken Arrow, Ok. one evening in Oct of 1977. A most memorable pleasure for sure.
