Posting new videos from players around the world

Post by Neal Yeagley »

Just suggested to Bill Ferguson that if we would be able to post players steel guitar videos that would be sent in from the individual themself as long as there is permission in writing and so on. There are a lot of great players out there that we do not even know about, believe me! We have some back here on the east coast, plenty! Could or would you imagine how many nationwide and or the world over, there would be. The enthusiasm, desire, determination, notoriety, and involvement alone will escalate the word and knowledge of steel guitar. There are plenty of good and great players that sit in the audience at the steel guitar jams, live shows, and audience of pro players and singers, so I think we should give them a chance to see what they have. Knowledge is a wonderful thing if used properly! Just food for thought here! Please let me know what you think as Bill I am sure as well as myself would like to know! Thanks! Neal Yeagley

Neal I go along with that I know there were and are some great players from my neck of the woods I think a lot of people would be surprised at how good some are. It would be great to see and hear them as some will never make it big time

Hey Pete, I can assure you that you are correct in the above statement. I hope that this new topic and posting will get us some positve results! I have a few players that I have contacted over the past day or so and they seem to be interested in this! So, we will see what happens, and if Bill Ferguson reads this, I am sure he can and will have some input on how this can be done and by who, maybe himself! Thanks and spread the word! Neal Yeagley

Thanks for the post Neal. I agree with you 100%.

If anyone wants me to post a video, I would be happy to. All they would need to do is send me the video. Or I will be glad to help anyone that does not know how to post to YouTube, do it theirselves.

I can be contacted at bferguson9@aol.com
